Sales & Management
All the apartments were sold out in 2006.
Title Registration
Title Registration of a Deed of Assignment is effected by the Purchaser with the Lands Title Registry upon completion of payment and handover of the property.
Management
A management company with full-time staff and a site office was established by ELM and given responsibility for the administration of the development.
The company's administrative duties include General Repairs and Maintenance, Cleaning, Refuse Collection, Gardening, External Decoration and Security. Residents pay a quarterly Service Charge for which regular accounts are rendered.
