ELM Developments Limited focuses on developing selective real estate opportunities in the Ghanaian market. Our development activities have primarily been in the Residential sector, however, ELM is expanding into the Retail sector with a Shopping Facility being planned for a strategic site at Kwame Nkrumah Circle, Accra.

Working in close collaboration with internationally renowned architects and interior designers our developments utilise contemporary classical architecture to create quality living and working environments that radiate warmth, functionality and style.

Our flagship ‘Palladio’ residential development which was completed in 2006, won the ‘Newcomer Award’ in the Ghana Property Awards 2007.

Palladio was also nominated for an award in the CNBC/International Herald Tribune, International Property Awards Competition held in 2008.

Combining our company’s skills as a Developer, Investor and Asset Manager with our intimate knowledge and understanding of the real estate market in Ghana, ELM is planning many more excellent developments and strategic investments in the coming years.

ELM is also considering joint ventures with a few international private equity/emerging market funds who in appreciation of our company’s commitment to excellence, quality and style have expressed an interest in investing with us to develop our real estate activities. Our long term objective is to develop and hold prestigious property assets that achieve consistent capital growth.
