ELM Developments Limited focuses on developing selective real estate opportunities in the Ghanaian market. Our development activities have primarily been in the Residential sector, however, ELM is expanding into the Retail sector with a Shopping Facility being planned for a strategic site at Kwame Nkrumah Circle, Accra.

Elm Developments flagship development, Palladio, won the ‘Newcomer Award’ at the Ghana
Property Awards 2007.
Palladio was nominated for an award in the CNBC/International Herald Tribune, International Property Awards Competition held in 2008.
